The pure joy I experienced as a parent after sleep training my own three children, coupled with my personal passion for sleep, motivates my work in helping clients restore restful sleep to their homes.

My journey into transforming families began with a dream whispered on a sleepless night…

My journey as a first-time mom, grappling with the uncertainties of establishing a nap schedule and eagerly searching for answers on when my baby would sleep through the night, fueled my determination to delve into the intricacies of infant sleep. As my children grew, I found myself surrounded by mothers wrestling with sleepless nights, dwindling patience, and a lack of control over bedtime routines.

This experience sparked a realization – many tired parents share the desire for improved sleep for their children but often lack guidance on where to begin. Motherhood humbled me, revealing that parenting is far from a one-size-fits-all journey. I am passionate about partnering with parents who face sleep struggles, working collaboratively to tailor a support plan that aligns with your family’s goals and addresses your child’s unique needs.

Story

I was selected to train with the world renowned sleep expert, Dana Obelman and her incredible Sleep Sense team. The training is accredited by the International Association of Professional Sleep Consultants. My training has prepared me to fully understand best practices, create custom sleep plans, monitor and modify those plans with supportive coaching and be a resource for all things sleep.

One principle I know for certain as a Teacher, Mother of 3, and Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant is that children thrive on routine! My experience has proven that having a consistent sleep schedule allows for GREATER predictability and peace for my kids and myself (not to mention more sleep!). Sleep patterning and training is complex and there are a wide variety of opinions on what is best. Please allow me to use my skills to assist in taking the stress out of creating the ideal sleep schedule for your child.
